Rose & Sage opened in June of 2013 located in the heart of Toluca Lake, California. The young and talented owner, Soraya hand picks every piece of clothing making sure it’s in style (of course) but also well made. She picks pieces that you’d think is at a higher value, but in truth is affordable.
Soraya has incorporated high-end designers mixed with local and affordable designers as well.
